On 25th October 2005, Botswana released her fourth commemorative issue depicting threatened species as part of the World Wide Fund (WWF) for Nature's Conservation Stamp Collection. Former threatened species issue released by Botswana  featured red lechwe, slatey egret and brown Hyena.
