If your company regularly lodges very high volumes of mail, you may
apply for a credit payment account.

We can provide you with
our Post office Box Database to enable you to pre-sort your mail.
A
discount is applied on each mail lodgment of 500 or more letter mail items that are pre-sorted by destination
and all envelopes facing the same direction and of the same size.

Standards
We are committed to
providing a cost-effective, reliable and efficient letter and parcel
mail delivery service within Botswana. Our delivery standards are next
day (J+1) to all areas along the railway line and within 3-4 days (J+3
and J+4) to all other areas.
